ORDER DISMISSING WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

JAMAL N. WHITEHEAD U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE

Having reviewed the Report and Recommendation of the assigned United States Magistrate Judge, any objections or responses, and the remaining record, the Court finds and ORDERS:

(1) The Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation.

(2) The claims against the Washington Department of Corrections are dismissed with prejudice. The case remains referred to the assigned Magistrate Judge.

(3) The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to the parties.
