Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time Within Which to File Plaintiffs Response Brief to Defendant's Objections to the Report and Recommendation (first request) (“Motion”) (Doc. 31) filed on January 5, 2022. Plaintiff seeks a two-day extension and Defendant does not object. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the Motion (Doc. 31). Plaintiff shall file their Response Brief on or before January 7, 2022.
