JOHN J. MEITZEN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On September 7, 2022, Wangmu Denzeng and Christina A. Mondrik filed an entry of appearance on behalf of petitioner. That entry of appearance, however, is improper as it states that it is for a "temporary appearance" in this case. Except for limited entries of appearance, which may not be filed until a case has been calendared for trial, the Court generally does not recognize entries of appearance that are temporary in nature.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the entry of appearance, filed September 7, 2022, by Wangmu Denzeng and Christina A. Mondrik is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
