PER CURIAM.

We affirm Appellant's judgment and sentence. However, pursuant to the State's concession, we remand with instructions for the lower court to amend the order to reflect the applicable municipal ordinance authorizing the Criminal County Ordinance and Criminal Justice Education for Local Government assessments.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED, with instructions.
