This case is set on the Court's remote trial session for Boston, Massachusetts, scheduled to be called on October 18, 2021. On September 27, 2021, respondent filed a status report and informed the Court that the parties have arrived at a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 29, 2021, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
