Meiselman v. Myers Moving and Storage Co.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Jun 3, 1993
616 N.E.2d 845 (N.Y. 1993)

Opinion

Submitted April 12, 1993

Decided June 3, 1993

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order which granted renewal and, upon renewal, denied the motion to enlarge the record on appeal, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Judge SMITH taking no part.
