MICHAEL L. MEISELMAN, Appellant, v. MELISSA G. MEISELMAN, Appellee.

Deborah M. Schmitt and Theodore J. Rechel of Rechel & Associates, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant. Jeffrey Begens of Law Office of Jeffrey Begens, P.A., Bonita Springs, for Appellee.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Jennifer Gabbard, Judge.

Deborah M. Schmitt and Theodore J. Rechel of Rechel & Associates, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant.

Jeffrey Begens of Law Office of Jeffrey Begens, P.A., Bonita Springs, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Michael Meiselman (the former husband) challenges several orders entered by the circuit court as well as the final money judgment. This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction to the extent that the former husband challenges the order denying his Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.540(b)(5) motion and the order granting Melissa Meiselman's motion for contempt for failure to provide discovery. This appeal is otherwise affirmed in all respects.

Dismissed in part; affirmed in part.
