On order of the Court, the complaint for mandamus is considered, and, in lieu of granting other relief, we DIRECT each party to advise the Court, in writing within 21 days of the date of entry of this order, as to that party's understanding of what showing defendant advised plaintiff that he must make in order for defendant to grant him admission to the State Bar of Michigan without examination.

We retain jurisdiction.
