By Order served May 30, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition on or before July 1, 2024. On June 6, 2024, petitioner electronically filed an Answer to Amended Petition that is a blank petition form.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Answer to Amended Petition, filed June 6, 2024, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition is extended to July 22, 2024. If by July 22, 2024, petitioner does not file an amended petition, the case will be dismissed or other action will be taken as the Court deems appropriate.
