ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellant Megatel Homes III, LLC has filed a motion for review of the trial court's "order on plaintiff's motion to modify amount of appeal security and defendant's request to release funds from supersedeas bond" (order on supersedeas bond) entered on July 18, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 24.4(a). In the motion, appellant requests that we grant temporary relief and stay enforcement of the trial court's order on supersedeas bond pending appellant's challenge. We grant the motion in part and temporarily stay enforcement of the trial court's order on supersedeas bond until further order of this Court. See id. 24.4(c).
It is ordered.
