ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On November 9, 2022, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated November 2, 2022. We note that the document attached to the Letter appears to be in the nature of evidence and therefore advise petitioner that the document has not been received into evidence by the Court. We also advise petitioner that, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the appropriate time to present documentary evidence for inclusion in the Court's record is at the trial of this matter. Generally, evidentiary materials are not filed with the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
