ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's March 13, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session. On March 9, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance in response to a telephone conference between the Court and the parties on March 6, 2023. In his motion, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 9, 2023, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from the Court's March 13, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, petitioner shall file an appropriate motion to substitute parties and to change the case caption. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 1, 2023, the parties shall file a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of the case should petitioner fail to file a motion to substitute parties and to change caption.
