On May 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground the petition was not timely filed.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 21, 2022, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss or other action as the Court deems appropriate. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioners an additional copy of the above-referenced motion.
