ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was called from the calendar on September 13, 2021, during the Los Angeles, California, remote trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and made a joint oral motion to vacate the Court's decision entered on June 22, 2021.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint oral motion, made September 13, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the decision entered on June 22, 2021, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction in this case is retained by the undersigned.

The parties are advised that the case will be set for trial during a Los Angeles, California, trial session to be scheduled for the winter 2022 term of the Court.
