On April 25, 2017, the State filed a motion for extension of time asking this court to extend the filing deadline to June 2, 2017 - a thirty-seven day extension. After review, we GRANT IN PART and DENY IN PART the motion. We ORDER the State to file its brief on or before May 26, 2017.
