Appeals, Nos. 126 and 127, Jan. T., 1967, from decrees of Court of Common Pleas No. 7 of Philadelphia County, Dec. T., 1962, No. 3143, in case of John Jacob Medley v. Richard S. Clover, executor of estate of Miriam B. Y. Clover, deceased, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Redevelopment Authority of City of Philadelphia. Decrees affirmed.

Equity. Before WATERS, J.

Adjudication entered finding for plaintiff, and plaintiff's exceptions and exceptions of defendant, Richard S. Clover, dismissed; decrees entered for plaintiff and decree entered for defendant, Redevelopment Authority of City of Philadelphia, on cross claim of defendant, Clover. Defendant, Clover, appealed.
