We abated this appeal for the trial court to make findings concerning why appellant's counsel, Valencia Bush, has not filed appellant's brief. The trial court recommended granting Ms. Bush an extension of time to file the brief through August 29, 2024. We accept the trial court's recommendation and ORDER Ms. Bush to file appellant's brief on or before AUGUST 29, 2024.
