ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE.

Court reporter Sasha Brooks's third request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record is GRANTED, and we ORDER Ms. Brooks to file the reporter's record on or before FEBRUARY 2, 2024. We caution Ms. Brooks that the failure to do so will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Brooks not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Sasha Brooks, Official Court Reporter, 291st District Court; and counsel for all parties.
