The tort of intentional infliction of emotional distress requires that a party's conduct go beyond mere bad faith and instead be "so outrageous in character, and so extreme in degree, as to go beyond all possible bounds of decency." Aguilera v. Inservices, Inc., 905 So. 2d 84, 92 (Fla. 2005) (quoting Metro. Life Ins. Co. v. McCarson, 467 So. 2d 277, 278-79 (Fla. 1985)).
