ORDER

On July 5, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On August 1, 2022, petitioner submitted an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered July 5, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver is granted and the filing fee in this case is waived.
