MEMORANDUM OPINION

Antonio Medina filed a notice of appeal stating that he was appealing the trial court's granting of a motion for consolidation of actions. This Court has jurisdiction over appeals of final judgments and interlocutory orders as permitted by statute. Starry v. DeBord, 967 S.W.2d 352, 352-53 (Tex. 1998). The Court sent the parties a letter advising them that it questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal and asking them to file letter briefs explaining how the Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. After reviewing the letter briefs, the Court concludes it does not have jurisdiction over this appeal.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of jurisdiction. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(a).
