Opinion issued October 20, 2009.
Original Proceeding from the 160th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 08-12816.
Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and MURPHY.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators contend the trial judge abused his discretion by denying their plea to the jurisdiction and refusing to dismiss the case for want of jurisdiction and for compelling discovery of certain documents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they have no adequate remedy at law. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
