DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered February 8, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the court's order dismissing the appeal dated January 21, 2014 is hereby vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 18, 2014.
