WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The trial court's May 12, 2015 judgment is vacated, and the matter is remanded with instructions that the trial court reinstate the pauper order and allow a traversal by the defendant. See Parker v. Chimneywood Homeowners' Association, Inc., 2002-2475 (La. App. 4th Cir. 12/17/03), 866 So.2d 289, writ denied, 2004-0202 (La. 9/3/04), 882 So.2d 606.
