Appeals having been taken by plaintiff-appellant from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County entered on September 14, 2018 (Appeal numbers: 3873/18 and 3876/18), And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, of enforcement of the order which dismissed the complaint and cancelled the notice of pendency, and for related relief, And interim relief having been granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated October 18, 2018, to the extent of staying the transfer of the title to the subject real property, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of parties dated November 9, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of continuing the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated October 18, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
