And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, of all proceedings related to the enforcement of a "writ of eviction" and "judgment and warrant of eviction," and restoring defendant to possession of the property that is the subject of this foreclosure action, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
