These cases were calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 3, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance. By Order served November 3, 2023, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted, and these cases were stricken from the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session.
On January 17, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
