Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Part CVA-R), dated June 1, 2021. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is
ORDERED that the Church of Immaculate Heart of Mary and Church of St. Bernard shall perfect their appeal in the above-entitled action within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further, ORDERED that if the Church of Immaculate Heart of Mary and Church of St. Bernard do not perfect their appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why their appeal should or should not be dismissed.
