Decision
The following papers were read and considered by the Court on this motion: Claimant's Notice of Motion; Claimant's Affidavit in Support with annexed Exhibits 1-2; and Defendant's Affirmation in Opposition with annexed Exhibit 1.
Claimant, Corey McTaggart, a pro se inmate, moves this Court for an order compelling defendant to produce all the documents that were requested in claimant's previously served discovery demand.
In response, defendant, the State of New York, states that it responded to claimant's discovery demands on December 11, 2019.
Given that defendant has responded, albeit belatedly, claimant has not submitted a reply to defendant's response arguing that it is deficient or otherwise defective, and there is no prejudice to claimant due to the timing of the reply, claimant's motion is denied as moot.
