Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 29, 2021. Motion by Panna Bhatt for leave to appeal from the order and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that enforcement of the order is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or the issuance of a dispositional order determining the above-entitled proceedings, whichever occurs first.
