An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 19, 2017,And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved to stay the aforesaid order, and to stay or repeal any related money judgments, and for other relief (M-6735), And plaintiff-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss or deny defendant's motion, for an award of legal fees and certain sanctions against defendant, and for leave to renew, "in the event necessary" (M-122), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and cross motion are denied (M-6735/M-122).
