This case was called from the calendar at the trial session of the Court at San Diego, California, on September 19, 2022, and later recalled on September 20, 2022. The case was continued to allow the petitioners additional time to provide documents to the Commissioner. Jurisdiction was retained by Judge Buch.

On November 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that "petitioners have not provided any documents or additional substantiation in support of the assignments of error raised in the petition." To move this case forward, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court at San Diego, California, commencing January 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., Federal Building, 880 Front Street, Room 4228, San Diego, California, 92101-8828. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the January 30, 2023, San Diego, California trial session; (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases for the January 30, 2023, San Diego, California trial session; and (3) the clinic letter for San Diego, California. ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by Judge Buch.
