ORDER

Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice

On August 19, 2024, we ordered "the trial court to amend the Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal by designating this case as one that 'is not a plea bargain case, and the defendant has the right of appeal.'" We fixed a deadline of September 18, 2024 for the district clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the amended certification. To date, no such supplemental clerk's record has been filed. The deadline is extended to October 4, 2024. The court appreciates the trial court's and district clerk's prompt attention to this matter.
