On October 18, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that they have considered a stipulation to be bound as it relates to this case and a couple of other cases with properties in the Asheville, North Carolina area and potential trial dates in 2025. The parties further requested additional time to continue discussions and file another status report. We will grant that relief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court on the above-referenced topics.
