This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 11) informing the Court that respondent's Independent Office of Appeals had reached a basis for settlement with petitioner. By Order served March 17, 2022, the case was stricken from the April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session, the parties were directed to file a status report or a stipulated decision document on or before May 4, 2022, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 16, 2022, the Court served an Order (Doc. 12), which was later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Order was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Vacant - Unable to Forward." On April 19, 2022, petitioner informally notified the Court of a change in mailing address.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's address in the Court's records to her current address and, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of each of (1) this Order, (2) the Order served March 16, 2022 (Doc. 12), and (3) the Order served March 17, 2022 (Doc. 13) on petitioner at her current address.
