ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Orders dated May 14, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file a Ratification of Petition and to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. To date, petitioner has not paid the Court's filing fee or filed a Ratification of Petition. On May 24, 2021, petitioner filed a Letter dated May 21, 2021, in which he asks for his case to be closed.

Upon due consideration, it appearing that petitioner does not intend to comply with the Court's Orders dated May 14, 2021, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to file a Ratification of Petition and pay the Court's filing fee.
