On October 3, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file a ratification of petition. On December 20, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed. On February 15, 2023, petitioner's filing fee was waived. Upon due consideration of the entire record and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a ratification of petition, is extended to May 11, 2023. If, by May 11, 2023, no ratification of petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
