ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On August 9, 2021, the petition in this case was filed. Petitioner seeks review of both (1) a purported notice of deficiency of unspecified date allegedly issued to her for tax year 2015, and (2) a purported notice of determination concerning collection action of unspecified date allegedly issued to her with respect to tax year 2015. On November 10, 2021, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. Among other things, in his Answer respondent denies for lack of sufficient knowledge or information whether any notice for 2015 was issued to petitioner that would confer jurisdiction upon the Court in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, respondent shall file (1) either an appropriate jurisdictional motion, or (2) a Response to this order and attach thereto, copies of any deficiency notice for 2015 and/or collection notice for 2015, that would confer jurisdiction upon the Court in this case.
