On appeal from the 36th District Court of Aransas County, Texas.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This cause is before the Court on appellant's third motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. Appellant's brief was originally due on September 27, 2023. After two previous extensions, appellant's brief was due to be filed on January 26, 2024.

The Court, having fully considered appellant's current motion and motions for extension of time to file the brief previously granted in this case, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's third motion for extension of time to file the brief should be granted with order.

Accordingly, appellant's third motion for extension of time to file the brief is hereby granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Honorable Sandra Eastwood, counsel for appellant, file appellant's brief with this Court on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2024.
