Order granting plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. There is an issue as to whether the time of payment of accrued taxes was waived by plaintiff and the time of payment extended. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
