Decided December 14, 1934.

Motion for an appeal from the Rockcastle Circuit Court.

Judgment sustaining general demurrer to plaintiff's suit brought under section 518, Civil Code, to vacate judgment for $400 obtained against him as damages suffered by reason of appellant's charged debauching of appellee's 14 year old daughter.
