ORDER OF REFERENCE


IT IS ORDERED that, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and the rules of this Court, the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Lawsuit Due to Plaintiff's Failure to Comply With Court's Order to Cooperate in Discovery is referred to Magistrate Judge David Nuffer. The magistrate judge is directed to consider the motion, including hearing oral arguments or conduct evidentiary hearing as he may deem appropriate, and to submit to the undersigned judge a report and recommendation for the proper resolution of the dispositive motion presented.
