JEFFREY M. MCMEEL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On October 19, 2022, petitioner electronically filed a set of documents designated as an "Administrative Record." However, upon review, the Court notes that the filing is not in the nature of an administrative record as contemplated by the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Moreover, the documents included in the filing appear to have no relevance to the instant proceeding. Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the purported Administrative Record, filed October 19, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
