DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated February 9, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2021, the appellant was directed to serve a replacement appellant's brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before December 1, 2021. The appellant has failed to file the replacement brief.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2021.
