An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 7, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal and for an enlargement of time to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting defendant leave to include the Jaskola Affidavit (Exh. C to the motion papers) in the record on appeal, taking judicial notice of that document; enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term and continuing the stay granted by order of this Court (M-2472 [August 15, 2017]), on condition the appeal is perfected for said March 2018 term.
