ORDER
Came on for consideration the motion of defendants GMAC Mortgage Corporation ("GMAC") and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company ("Deutsche Bank") and the motion of defendant BOMAC Mortgage Holdings, L.P., ("BOMAC") for summary judgment. Plaintiffs, Todd McLeroy and Sonja McLeroy, have failed to respond to the motions, which are ripe for ruling. The court, having considered the motions, the record, the summary judgment evidence, and applicable authorities, finds that the motions should be granted. Plaintiffs have not come forward with any summary judgment evidence to raise a genuine issue of material fact on any of the claims they assert. In fact, it does not appear that plaintiffs have asserted any claims against GMAC and Deutsche Bank. To the extent they assert claims against BOMAC, such claims are either barred by limitations or belied by the closing documents made part of the summary judgment evidence.
The court ORDERS that the motions for summary judgment be, and are hereby, granted; that plaintiffs take nothing on their claims against defendants; and, that such claims be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
