Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order consolidating and extending the time in which to perfect the appeals taken, under Index No. 33513/19E, from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 26, 2022 (Case No. 2022-01003) and an order of the same Court entered on or about July 19, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03132), and under Index No. 801607/22 from an order of the same Court entered on or about July 25, 2024 (Case No. 2024-05320), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the appeals upon a single record and set of briefs, and extending the time in which to perfect the consolidated appeals to the June 2025 Term of this Court.
