On December 7, 2021, respondent filed an Answer to the petition. Among other things, that answer is signed by Yvette Nunez who omitted her Tax Court bar number. See Tax Court Rule 24(a)(2). If Ms. Nunez wishes to be recognized as counsel of record for respondent in this case at this juncture, it will be necessary for her to electronically file an appropriate entry of appearance. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2021, Yvette Nunez shall file an appropriate entry of appearance, if she wishes to enter her appearance as counsel for respondent in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Yvette Nunez in care of Matthew Delgado at the address listed for Mr. Delgado in the answer. 1
