MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court REINSTATES this appeal. The Court abated this appeal on April 30, 1993 due to bankruptcy of one of the parties. Since the abatement there has been no activity in this appeal. The Court sent a letter to the parties or their counsel of record on February 13, 2004 instructing them to file, within fourteen days of the date of the letter, a motion to reinstate, motion to dismiss, or to advise the Court what action should be taken in the case. The letter advised the parties that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. None of the parties to this appeal filed any motion or other document with the Court within fourteen days of the date of the Court's letter. Consequently, the Court determines that the parties no longer desire to prosecute this appeal and the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) and (c).
