RECEIVERS, § 104factors determining amount of receiver's fees. In determining the amount of receiver's fees, business capacity, integrity and responsibility required in the management of affairs entrusted to the receiver are to be considered by the court, and in each case, according to its circumstances, a reasonable and fair compensation is to be allowed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. ROBERT J. DUNNE, Judge, presiding.

Order modified: affirmed in part and reversed in part. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1941.
